Ok so the CEO of Activision already announced that infinity ward is working on there next project.

The CEO said Activision was still on track to release a new Call
of Duty in 2011. Nothing about the ongoing situation at Infinity
Ward has changed this plan, explained Kotick to shareholders and
analysts, as the company expects to release a "groundbreaking Call
of Duty retail title" in 2011.
This does not mean Infinity ward will be making the game but Infinity ward has recruited alot more people after they lost about 40 people. Also this has nothing to do with CoD: Black ops coming out this yeah...
INFINITY WARD IS MAKING THE COD GAME AFTER BLACK OPS {MW3 maybe)Reasons:
1) MW2 story didnt finish
2) activision said that infinity ward is working on there next project
3) Treyarch is busy making a CRAP CoD game {CoD: Black ops}
4) Infinity ward is the only other company that makes the cod games besides treyarch
5) Infinty ward usally makes a game after treyarch makes a game. {CoD games}
