Banned Nand image and CPU Key
Unbanned Nand image and CPU Key(Or just a kv_dec.bin extracted from 360 flash tool see steps for kv_dec.bin below first tut)
***A rawkv.bin extracted from nandpro WILL NOT WORK***
1) Open up the unbanned nand in 360 Flash Tool
2) Click on "Keys" at the top of the program and input the CPU key for that nand, click OK.
3) Click Extract
4) Select "Key Vault" select the folder to send it to and it will write kv_dec.bin and kv_enc.bin
5) Close 360 Flash Tool
5) Open up the banned nand or your original nand in 360 Flash Tool
6) Click on "Keys" at the top of the program and input the CPU key for that nand, click OK.
7) Click "Import"
import kv_dec.bin(this is the decrypted keyvault)
9) It will ask to save, I Always save it as EDIT01.bin DO NOT overwite your original nand.
10) Open up the banned nand with new keyvault in 360 Flash Tool
11) Click "Patch" and Check "Patch Key Vault"
12) Change DVD to your original DVD-Key and Change OSIG to your Drivetype. Save Nand Image if prompted. If you got a PAL nand and your machine is NTSC you can also change that here.
13) Save as Un.Banned.Nand.bin
14) Use nandpro to extract the keyvault(and config if you want) using the usual commands with the new Un.Banned.Nand.bin
nandpro Un.Banned.Nand.bin: -r16 rawkv.bin 1 1
nandpro Un.Banned.Nand.bin: -r16 rawconfig.bin 3de 2
15) get the xbr version for your motherboard. and put it in the same folder as Un.Banned.Nand.bin & nandpro, rawkv.bin, rawconfig.bin
16) I always rename this file as updflash.bin for use with 360Flash
17) Inject those blocks into updflash.bin

nandpro updflash.bin: -w16 rawconfig.bin 3de 2
Method of flashing when you are already running XBR.
I use a usb thumb drive to do this. I use Flash360.xex then simply change the name of the newly unbanned nand to updflash.bin and put it in the same dir as Flash360 on the thumbdrive/usb drive. Run Flash360.xex from xexloader/xexmenu and flash it, when it says keep keyvault and config choose B and continue the process. it flashes in about 20 seconds. Power down, they recommend you take the power cord out for 30 seconds for it to stick. Turn it back on if you followed my steps you should be unbanned.
The steps would be like this with a kv_dec.bin
1) Open up the BANNED/ORIGINAL nand in 360 Flash Tool
2) Click on "Keys" at the top of the program and input the CPU key for that nand, click OK.
3) Reopen Banned Nand and it will show all the info.
4) Click "Import"
5) import kv_dec.bin
6) It will ask to save, I Always save it as EDIT01.bin
7) Open EDIT01.bin in 360 Flashtool
Click "Patch" and Check "Patch Key Vault". Change DVD to your original DVD-Key and Change OSIG to your Drivetype. Save Nand Image if prompted.
9) Save as Un.Banned.Nand.bin
10) Use nandpro to extract the keyvault(and config if you want) using the usual commands with the new Un.Banned.Nand.bin
nandpro Un.Banned.Nand.bin: -r16 rawkv.bin 1 1
nandpro Un.Banned.Nand.bin: -r16 rawconfig.bin 3de 2
11) get the xbr version for your motherboard. and put it in the same folder as Un.Banned.Nand.bin & nandpro, rawkv.bin, rawconfig.bin
12) I always rename this file as updflash.bin for use with 360Flash
13) Inject those blocks into updflash.bin
nandpro updflash.bin: -w16 rawkv.bin 1 1
nandpro updflash.bin: -w16 rawconfig.bin 3de 2
Then flash with 360Flash
